Scrum defines itself as an administrative infrastructure. It is used for the management of complex software processes.
The Scrum Development Team, Scrum Master and Product Owner start their work with the Kick-Off meeting. This process continues with the Product Owner creating the Product Backlog. The project progresses as the Scrum development team plans the sprints and determines the scope of completion. Daily Scrum meetings give the team a chance to work transparently and agile. In this way, the changes made in the project can be adapted quickly. Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings answer the questions of what we could do better during the Sprint. By this way, the progress of the project is regularly checked.
We aim to complete our application and projecting processes at maximum speed. We believe it is beneficial to hold brief and frequent meetings in order to stay as transparent as possible about interaction and cooperation between our team members. This makes it easier for us to respond to change. We want to be in contact with our customers throughout the entire project process. Here, our target is to internalize Scrum as it satisfies our expectations.
